Drafting
We offer a digital drafting service for the production of construction drawings,
permitting, occupation changes, competitive bidding and material take-offs.
Prices are:
Min. 4 hours at $35 / hour - $140
4-8 hours charged at $35/hour
Charge after 8 hours is $25 per hour.
Mark-up and Redlines billed at $20/hour. *This is for modifications not
additional drawings or re-designs.
No charge for initial meeting and measurements. **Up to 1 hour
Complex measurement and project will begin billing the hourly charge after
initial hour.
Final drawings received via electronic delivery upon payment.
Drawings will be ready for printing at any large format printer.
Printing and delivery extra.
Will travel up to 30 miles for initial meeting. Longer travel is billed
at $1 per mile out of and back into the initial 30 mile radius from zip
code 28012.
